Striped Pig Distillery
"Everything about Striped Pig is customized to our exact preferences, therefore delivering you the best product for your taste buds. Our product begins in our own mill where the mash is created then filters into our machinery. Our top-of-the-line machinery was designed from start to finish by our two head distillers, Johnny Pieper and Todd Weiss. Not only did they design every aspect of the machinery, but also put it together themselves. No detail was overlooked in creating our state of the art, custom-made copper plate condensers and stainless steel boilers. The distillery is also available to rent out for private events. The space creates a unique setting for nearly any occasion. With on-site parking and a capacity of up to 300, we can accommodate nearly anyone. Please email our marketing director, Juliana Harless, at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information."
"Freehouse is an expression of beer as we wish it to be. Hand made with organic ingredients. Drinkable. Seasonal. Inspired by our natural setting on the Ashley river in Charleston, SC. In 2013 we got off the ground and began the quest to offer the world unique, drinkable beers using only the best organic ingredients we can find. From the back porch of the brewery we see the marsh and Ashley River, hawks, cranes, and even the occasional eagle. In the brewery you will find a 15 bbl brew house, made in the USA, a tasting bar that connects to the back deck, and stacks of grain, pallets of bottles and a few people scurrying around trying to keep the beer happy and moving along. It’s simple and that’s the way we try to keep it. More manual, less complex, better for the beer, better for the earth."
"Holy City Brewing, established July 2011, is a craft brewery located in North Charleston, SC. We strive to create hand crafted ales and lagers with our 15bbl system. We are proud to be a part of the Charleston community and look forward to creating great beer for you to enjoy."
"Palmetto's Brewery first served Charleston's thirst in the 1850's. Brewed through the 'war of northern aggression', the earthquake of 1886, a major hurricane, and into the turn of the century, but failed to survive prohibition. We revived the tradition in 1993, becoming the first brewery to operate in South Carolina since prohibition. Our beer is truly hand crafted in small portions in the historic city of Charleston SC. The smooth character and clean taste make these beers a great complement to any dining experience."
The Frothy Beard Brewing Co

"Well Built Beer"
"Welcome to the Beer Education Outreach Center (aka the Taproom). This is our space to hang out and discuss our creations with new and seasoned beer palates. Think of it as the beer-skinned rug by the fire, or a liquid hug, or a snuggie… If you want to talk about beer, we will talk about beer. If you want to take a look around, we will gladly show you our quaint facility. If you’d like to entertain a small group, we can be your hosts. If you are hunting for beer or gifts, we can be your one-stop shop.
We offer a unique tasting experience and environment. Aside from our 15 taps, we have several rooms, two bars, A/C, TVs, Vinyl, Darts, and more. We have a dog friendly patio, food trucks on the regular. We are kid friendly (since beer might have help make them) and our families are usually around, keeping us grounded in whom we really work for."
