Start Time - 3:30pm... Compete til about 8pm
The Skinny:
On Saturday, August 4th at 3:00pm, we are hosting part 2 of the Second Annual Bar Car Olympics!
The "Summer Games" Pub Crawl will consist of 5 Local Bars in downtown Charleston and 5 Competitive Games. Olympians will put together a team of 8 people over the age of 21. This event will sell out at a total of 10 teams. Awards will be given for Best Team Name, Best Team Costume, as well as other Bonus Games throughout the event. The Bar Car Olympics include free team pick up and free team drop offs to and from the event as well as the pub crawl transportation throughout games. The cost is $25 per person, $200.00 per team when purchased online prior to the event. Cut off for the discounted price will be Friday, August 3rd. Otherwise, the cost is $30 per person, $240 per team the day of the event. Ticket price includes everything! All of the team games, 2 drinks per person at each venue, as well as full transportation and food!
*Participants must have their ID ready at their teams pick up. They will NOT be allowed to compete without it!
Teams will be picked up beginning around 2:30 pm.
All teams will be dropped off downtown.
At 3, we will all meet and greet, ID Check, Give Wrist Bands, and Olympian Drink tickets as well.
8 man Teams will be dispersed and we will have a 'Shotgun Start' around 3:30.
No more than 2 Drink tickets can be used at one venue.
If players do not have 8 people, we can help them out and place them with others on the ‘International Team”.
Once all of the teams have finished the games, we will return everyone to the Recovery Room for the Gold Medal Ceremony.
Free Food will be provided at the Medal Ceremony to help sober people up!
